Administrators can find resources here to guide them through the various stages of an Artists in Residence (Education) project. Typically, these phases are: 

• Planning Phase – To build an understanding of AIR(E) goals, align project with partner plan and gather information on project context and resources
• Pilot Phase – To initiate and test a small scale project
• Growing Phase – To reflect on pilot and expand the model to multiple schools
• Sustaining Phase – To identify other community supports and resources 

Many of the resources have been created by administrators supporting AIR(E) projects. It is requested that you credit the partner that produced the materials if you use these resources or re-purpose the content.
