Until this program opens in Nova, the Ontario Arts Council’s online granting system, program information may change. This includes deadline dates and specific information on eligibility. Be sure to visit this page after the program opens in Nova, but before starting your application.
The program supports organizations, ad hoc groups/collectives and independent curators to present projects that exhibit, document or disseminate the work of professional Ontario visual artists or provide professional development for artists.
Grants also support independent Ontario-based curators to undertake research projects. There are two categories:
June 19 and November 28, 2019, 1 p.m. ET
Important: Due to the number of applications received and the limited funds available, grants awarded may be smaller than the amount requested.
Read the Guide to OAC Project Programs for more eligibility information.
Important: OAC will not fund 100 per cent of a Presentation project. To show other community support for the project, your budget must include revenue from sources other than the OAC grant request, such as fundraising, earned revenue or other funding. Donations of goods or services are also considered community support for a project.
