Evaluate stage is not a distinct, discrete stage of collaboration. Evaluation can and should be done throughout the project. There are evaluation and assessment resources in the other stages of this collaboration guide, but it is important for the teacher and artist to set time aside for it at the closure of a project.
This is to reflect on what has taken place. What were the surprises, challenges, and opportunities? What were the impacts on students learning and did you achieve your goals and objectives? What changes could be implemented before initiating a creative engagement project with another group?
